Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of a certificate from Unforgettable Golf Holes. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you're buying from

The seller is Blues Adventures Limited, a company registered in New Zealand, trading as Unforgettable Golf Holes. Contact: hello@unforgettablegolfholes.com.

2. What we sell

We sell personalised commemorative golf certificates in two formats:

• Digital — a high-resolution PDF certificate delivered by email.
• Framed print — a physical framed certificate printed and shipped by our print partner, which also includes the digital PDF.

3. Price and currency

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the total payable; any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Customs duties or import taxes (for international print orders) are your responsibility — see the Shipping Policy.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send your order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can't fulfil it — for example, an invalid shipping address or a content issue.

5. Delivery

Digital certificates are delivered by email, normally within a few minutes of payment. Framed prints are produced and shipped by our print partner; delivery timeframes and coverage are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk and title in a framed print pass to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights — including the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period and how it applies to digital vs print orders — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of the photos and details you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to produce, fulfil, and deliver your order. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material.

8. Our intellectual property

The certificate templates, designs, site, and branding are owned by us and may not be reproduced or resold except as part of your personal certificate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law — including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, and equivalent laws where you live — which apply in addition to these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
