Shipping Policy

This policy applies to framed print orders. Digital certificates are delivered instantly by email and don't ship physically.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship framed certificates to 17 countries, printed and dispatched locally by our print partner where possible to keep delivery fast:
- Oceania: New Zealand, Australia
- North America: United States, Canada
- UK & Ireland: United Kingdom, Ireland
- Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland
2. Production & delivery times
Each framed certificate is made to order. Typical timeframe = production + transit:

These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and peak periods (such as the holiday season) can add time. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
3. Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking is provided by the carrier our print partner assigns for your region.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
Where orders are produced locally within your region, customs charges generally don't apply. If an order does cross a border, any import duties or taxes are your responsibility and are set by your country's customs authority.
5. Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, email hello@unforgettablegolfholes.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll arrange a replacement or refund — see the Refund Policy.
6. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it but may ask you to cover the additional postage.
