Why this exists

Not every milestone is a hole in one.

Most golfers will never ace a hole. Almost all of them remember their first birdie — the day the game stopped fighting back and started rewarding them. That's a moment worth marking, especially for someone still finding their feet on the course. A first birdie is the perfect gift to give a golfer, because it's the one thing they can't buy for themselves: proof of their own round. So I built somewhere to put it.
